Makeup Tips

For Lips
Apply lip liner before lipstick when using long-wear lip color; apply lip liner after color when wearing regular lipstick.

For Brows

To fill in eyebrows, use a powder that is the same shade or a shade lighter than your natural hair color. Apply with a brow brush using short, feathery strokes.
